These Terms are intended to inform users of the limitations and usage guidelines of the AI Stylist Assistant provided by Conopco, Inc. d/b/a Unilever (“us”, “we”) on our website. The user (“you”, “your”) is defined as the person using the AI Styling Assistant.

    By accessing this AI Styling Assistant and interacting with it, you are agreeing to enter into these terms and conditions with us regarding the use of the AI Styling Assistant and the information shared. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the AI Styling Assistant.

    General Information
    The AI Styling Assistant is an automated system powered by a third-party service provider, Convai, and other third-party technologies, AI systems, and LLMs such as GPT-3.5 and Llama 2 trained on Unilever information. It is designed to give you personalized styling advice and recommendations related to our products. The information provided is for general guidance and entertainment purposes only and is not intended to be comprehensive, nor to constitute legal, financial, or medical advice.

    Liability
    While we strive to provide accurate information through the AI Styling Assistant we cannot guarantee the accuracy and/or the completeness of the information provided. The AI Styling Assistant may, at times, provide information that is inaccurate, so we encourage you to verify any information provided by the AI Styling Assistant before taking any action or making any decisions based on the information received. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees in relation to the availability, suitability continuity, reliability, accuracy, currency or security of this AI Styling Assistant or the information it provides. We, our officers, directors, employees, affiliated companies, and representatives do not accept any liability regarding the information provided and cannot be held liable for any actions, losses, or damages (whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise) resulting from your use of the AI Styling Assistant.

    Your use of the AI Stylist
    The use of the AI Styling Assistant is intended for persons over 18 years of age.

    By using the AI Styling Assistant you agree (1) to use the AI Styling Assistant for its intended purposes only – to receive personalized advice and recommendations related to our products; (2) not to post, send or share defamatory, offensive, intimidating, illegal, racist, discriminatory, obscene, harmful or inappropriate content in any form through the AI Styling Assistant (3) not to use the AI Styling Assistant to conduct illegal or immoral activities; (4) not to attempt to compromise the security of the AI Styling Assistant or access confidential information related to the service; and (5) not to copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the AI Styling Assistant or any part of it.

    Our services is powered by a third-party service provider and other third-party AI technologies and AI systems including LLMs. Third party services and/or any output generated from them are subject to their own terms including acceptable use policies and we are not responsible for them. The AI Styling Assistant may provide links to other websites operated by third parties. Those links are provided for your convenience only, and we are not responsible for their use, effect, or content.

    Availability
    This AI Styling Assistant is provided on an “as is” “where is” basis. We expressly reserve the right to modify, add or delete individual or all AI Styling Assistant functionalities without notice, or to discontinue the AI Styling Assistant temporarily or permanently and we provide no guarantee for the uninterrupted accessibility of the AI Styling Assistant.

    For more information on how we handle your Personal Data, please read our Ty Privacy Notice and Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice and agree we may collect, store and share your personal data with third party service providers for the purposes of providing the AI Styling Assistant services only.

    Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    All disputes relating to these terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York regardless of conflict of law rules. You and TRESemmé consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, or if such court does not have jurisdiction, in the courts of the State of New York located in New York County.
