    OUR FAVORITE MOMENTS FROM DR. LAUREN’S GIRLBOSS RALLY SPEECH

    There are plenty of great psychiatrists in this world. And there are plenty of great dancers, too. But, as Dr. Lauren so graciously reminded us at the Girlboss Rally this year, she’s the best dancing psychiatrist around. And that’s something to be proud of—because it’s what makes her uniquely her.

    Thanks to TRESemmé, Dr. Lauren was able to share her wisdom on how we can overcome that negative self-talk we are so culturally hardwired to heed. Using her evidence-based emotional health education, Dr. Lauren schooled us on some solutions to the guilty feelings that can drain us. And, in doing so, reminded us that we all have unique gifts that we’re meant to share with the world.
