    LACY REDWAY (Unilever Stylist & Celebrity Hair Artist for TRESemmé)

    Lacy Redway is a New York-based hairstylist. After studying at The Aveda Institute in Manhattan, and assisting many of the legendary hairstylists of our time, her career quickly took off. A combination of Lacy’s proficiency with all hair textures as well as her magnetic personality has earned her an esteemed roster of clients including Tessa Thompson, Anne Hathaway, Zazie Beetz, Laura Harrier, Hunter Schafer, Sadie Sink, Amanda Gorman, Simone Biles, Yara Shahidi, Naomi Osaka, Venus Williams, Demi Lovato, Karlie Kloss, Sarah Paulson, Alicia Keys, Tracee Ellis Ross, Elizabeth Olsen, Ruth Negga, Amanda Stenberg, Andra Day, LiL Nas X and Diane Kruger, among many others. Lacy has collaborated with respected photographers like Annie Leibovitz, Inez and Vinoodh, Juergen Teller, Rankin, Cass Bird, Ben Hassett, Ellen von Unwerth, Willy Vanderperre, Cass Bird, Paola Kudacki, Tyler Mitchell, Emma Summerton, Zoey Grossman, Liz Collins, Norman Jean Roy, and Mark Seliger. Lacy is focusing on changing the narrative for women and people of color in the beauty industry.

    JUSTINE MARJAN (TRESemmé Global Stylist)

    Dividing her time between LA and NY, Justine is trusted as both a beauty influencer and celebrity hairstylist.

    A stylist for 15 years, she began in the salon world before transitioning to celebrity and editorial styling where she has been touted for creating some of the most iconic and trend setting styles. Her expertise has been featured in countless publications including Teen Vogue, Glamour, Allure, Elle, InStyle, People, Refinery29, US Weekly, Byrdie, and more. Refinery29 called Justine “The Queen of Braids” and named her as one of the “Pros Who Would Change the Way You Do Your Hair.” In 2017 WWD named Justine as one of fashion's next big hairstylists and she won the American Influencer Award for emerging hairstylists in 2018.

    Justine has been the Global Stylist for TRESemmé since 2017, leading a team of world-renowned stylists backstage at New York Fashion Week’s runway shows. She is part of an all-female led team, bringing TRESemmé’s vision to empower women to life. As Global Stylist, Justine brings the TRESemmé brand ambition to life by arming women around the world with the tips and tools they need to look and feel their best.

    MARCO PEÑA: Colombian avant-garde innovation

    Beginning is his career in Bogotá, Colombia, Marco quickly made a name for himself for his innovative hairstyles. Fresh out of high school, he was snapped up by one of the most renowned salons in Colombia, where he met superstar Shakira; he became the singer's personal stylist and assistant for four years as she traveled the globe performing one of her first albums.

    In recent years Marco has become the artist behind the stars, including Kim Kardashian and Eva Longoria. Leading the TRESemmé stylist team for the Hispanic market, he continues to surprise the world with his creative hairstyles on and off the runway. Marco was also recently honored by national publication Siempre Mujer for his outstanding art of hair coloration.

    JIMMY PAUL, A native of Pittsburgh, was inspired by his hair stylist mother to move to New York to pursue a career in freelance hair styling.

    Jimmy’s editorial career began whilst working at Oribe. His work has been featured in numerous publications. Jimmy has worked on many worldwide campaigns with photographers of international acclaim as well as designing runway looks for several international designers.

    Over the course of his career Jimmy has collaborated with several hair care companies, most recently with Tresemme and has curated looks for fashion week on behalf of the brand.
