TRESemmé worked with our celebrity hair stylist partners to help bring Talk to Ty to life, to ensure Talk to Ty embodies what it means to be a TRESemmé stylist and to test and build her knowledge base as an on-demand, digital tool.
Does Talk to Ty store my personal information?
We will collect Personal Data from you when you interact with Talk to Ty (“Prompts”) and generate responses based on your Prompts (“Output”). Talk to Ty has been trained to avoid sensitive topics and we will not ask you to provide Sensitive Personal Data in your Prompts. However, if you choose to provide information relating to your hair and health, we acknowledge some of your Prompts may include information considered Health Data under certain privacy laws. Your Prompts and Output will be processed by our service providers on our behalf to provide this personalized experience and product recommendations. We use technology to automatically transcribe and respond to your voice interactions, but do not retain the voice recordings.
